XpanD are working towards 'universal' 3D glassesUpdate: we just got word from our Hd-Motion: XpanD are also working ona X104 series which incldue bluetooth support. hoorah! XpanD are working todwards universal 3D glasses, which will work with any set. The basic idea is that the glasses will reocgnize infrared signals from all 3D sets. XpanD says that the glasses (X103 series) will cost between $120 and $150. Interestingly, some TVs (like Vizio's TVs who actually use XpanD bluetooth glasses) will use bluetooth to connect to the glasses, so these TV will not work with the X103 unless they support bluetooth too. via I4U
