Which is a better 3D monitor, the Acer GD235HZ or the Alienware AW2310?

Tom's guide has posted a nice review of the Acer GS235HZ and the Alienware AW2310 - putting them one against the other to find out which is the best 3D LCD for gaming. Both monitors are 23" in size, support full-HD and have a 120Hz refresh rate. Both of them also use Nvidia's GeForce 3D vision kit. The Alienware is available for $700 including the 3D kit (and $500 without the 3D kit), while the Acer is cheaper at $399.99 (without the $200 kit). So the Alienware is $100 more expensive.

Tom's conclusion? both monitors are great, and an excellent choice for 3D gaming. The Alienware is better because it has extra ports, available swivel and tilt, touch-buttons and a better design. But it also costs $100 extra.
