Westinghouse W47S2TCDWestinghouse W47S2TCD is a 47" passive-3D LCD TV. According to Westinghouse, it supports Full-HD (1080p) even in 3D mode which shouldn't be possible for a passive 3D panel, we'll wait for more info on that. The TV come bundled with four pairs of glasses. This TV will launch soon for $1,199.

"Full HD" or half-vertical resolution?
I haven't figured out yet if this TV truly supports "Full" 1920x1080 resolution to each eye or if it's half-vertical resolution of 960x1080 to each eye like the other FPR sets. Does anyone know? Can you list a link which confirms? Thinking about getting the Vizio 47" Theater 3D set, but if this one has TRUE full HD passive 3D, I may wait (even though it's more $$$).
bzzzzt...I goofed...
The FPR sets are actually half vertical resolution, which makes them 1920x540, NOT 960x1080 (which would be half-horizontal resolution). Sorry for the goof. Still want to know if this set is really FULL HD in 3D mode. Thanks!
Yes - I agree, it's
