Thoughts from Avatar

Here's a first: a personal post on 3D-Display-Info... A couple of days ago I (finally) watched the movie Avatar. First of all, I enjoyed it a lot. The 3D was great, but I really enjoyed the visuals in this film - everything looked so beautiful - the colors, the forest, the trees, the creatures, the mountains. They've done a great work in creating this virtual word!

I have also used the XpanD Active-Shutter glasses for the first time, and they were good. It's a bit annoying in the first few minutes (especially since I wear subscription-glasses), but I got used to it quickly. My wife said it was pinching her nose a bit (she, too, really loved the film, by the way).
