The system will be available in the UK in 'summer 2010', and it will be priced by April. Now users of the FinePix Real 3D camera will be able to print 3D photos using the new system which will be available in local stores (rather than use the 3D photo frame or order prints from Fuji which takes "weeks"). Fuji says that each print will take "minutes" and it'll be cheaper than the online prints available today. The 3D prints are produced using dye-sublimation technology to print directly on to the base of a lenticular sheet. The prints will be available in four sizes from 4x6 inch to 6x9 inch. The Fujifilm FinePix V1 Real 3D viewer is now available12/18/2009The Fujifilm V1 Real 3D viewer is now shipping for 499$. The 3D display is 8" in size and sports 800x600 resolution. It's made for the Fujifilm Real 3D camera. It has 512Mb of internal memory, and also accepts SD Cards. It has an IR remote (and can also view photos directly from the camera via IR). They haven't published a real review, but rather short blog post - but they say that while the camera is very big and bulky (weights as much as a small D-SLR), it really does take 3D shots which is very very cool. The shots can be viewed in the camera's small 2.8" 3D display and printed on special 3D paper. Fujifilm will also release a 8" 3D photo viewer soon. Fujifilm to launch a 3D camera in September07/13/2009Fujifilm is set to launch a 3D camera in September - the FinePix Real 3D with two lens. In order to see the 3D images, you'll need a 3D displays, or you can buy special prints with plastic lenticular lenses. Fujifilm will also offer a 3D LCD photo frame.
