Sony Bravia XBR-HX900

Sony's XBR-HX900 TVs come in 46" and 52" in size, use intelligent dynamic (local dimming) LED backlighting, and has optional USB wireless adapters.

The TVs support 3D, but you'd need to buy the active shutter glasses and 3D transmitter are separately (unlike the LX900 series, in which they come bundled)
