Sharp LV-series Quattron 3D TVsSharp's LV-series are 3D TVs that use active-shutter glasses. The panels use Sharp's own 4-pixel technology. They'll support Full-HD (1080p). Interestingly, the TV will allow users to decide whether they want to watch 3D or now (via a switch in the active-shutter glasses). The LV-series will be released in Japan in July 2010, in 40", 46", 52" and 60". We don't have prices yet, but rumors say it'll be around ¥280,000 (around $3,000) for the 40" and ¥600,000 ($6,600) for the 60". Via Engadget.
