This is the cheapest 3D Blu-ray you can find (Sony's S470 is the second cheapest at $149 and needs a firmware upgrade for 3D support). The C5900 has HDMI 1.4 and USB connectors and support Full-HD 3D, Internet@TV, BD-Live, All-Share. It is also Wi-Fi ready.
