Nvidia's new Tegra 2.5 chip to be 3D capable

There are some reports that Nvidia is working on a Tegra 2.5 chip (T25): this 1.2Ghz dual-core chip for mobile devices will be 3D capable. Nvidia will start making this chip in Q1 2011 - and it'll be available by 'spring 2011':
