Nvidia announces the 3D Vision Pro which uses RF syncing instead of infra-red

NVIDIA has just announced their 3D Vision Pro kit for PCs. This active-shutter based solution uses RF radio between the emitter and the glasses, instead of the infra-red one used in the 3D Vision "standard" kit.

The new kit is aimed towards professionals (3D modeling, medical imaging, etc.) - and they charge $349 for the glasses and $399 for the emitter.
