NTT Docomo shows a new Lenticular Lens 3D LCD displayNTT Docomo and Seiko Epson has developed a new 2.5" 1028x768 lenticular lens 3D LCD display that does not require glasses and can be viewed from 8 viewpoints (each shows 320x240 resolution and has a 15-degrees angular range). The company plans to use these in mobile phones within a few years. The display cannot show 2D image, although they plan to add this feature by using an LCD panel that can change optical refraction index like a lenticular lens. It's not easy to do so according to NTT DoCoMo. Via TechOn
