Northwestern University creates a 3D display made from 25 LCD monitors

Northwestern University researchers developed a huge 3D display made from 25 LCD monitors (made by JDC) - and driven by 13 NVidia Quadroplex systems. The display offers 52 million pixels and is used to show scientific data:
