Nintendo sued for 3D display patent violation on the 3DS

Mr. Seikiro Tomita filed a lawsuit against Nintendo - for violating a patent (#7,417,664) related to the glasses-free 3D Display on the 3DS. The patent is titled "Stereoscopic image picking up and display system based upon optical axes cross-point information". Mr. Tomita used to work for Sony, but he filed this patent (and others) after leaving the company.
