LG's LX9500 3D TV reviewed: too much crosstalk...

FlatPanelHD has posted the first review of LG's LX9500 3D TV. They are happy with the picture quality, response time and the contrast (although they say that the local-dimming also creates halos and horizontal banding). They are not too pleased with the 3D quality though. While the 3D has a lot of depth, and the glasses are good, the screen glass is too reflective (in 3D mode at least) and it has a lot of crosstalk. They prefer the 3D quality in Panasonic's Plasma VT25/VT20.

As far as we know, the LX9500 is not shipping in the US yet. The Panasonic VT25 is shipping and costs $2,599 (50") to $4,299 (65").
