i3DG Palm Top Theater: simple 3D for your iPhone

i3DG has developed the Palm Top Theater - a simple device that uses a half-silvered mirror coupled with special software to turn your iPhone into a 3D display. The idea is to split each image into 3 pieces, so each appears in a different space in 3D. Check out this cool video showing the device and explaining it all:
