Engadget posted a 'preview' of the Nintendo 3DS (which will launch on March 25 for $249.99). They have mixed feelings about the 3D: It sometimes looks great, but it's very hard to 'maintain' (if you move even slightly, you can break the 3D effect and the display starts to flicker).
