3D phones

Sharp's 102SH is an Android phone with a 4.5" glasses-free 3D LCD HD display (720x1280), a 1Ghz processor, 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory (via a microSDHC card). The camera is a 2D 12mp one.

The 102SH will launch for Japan's SoftBank network in December 2011.

Sony's neo V is an Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) smart phone with a 3.7" 854x480 glasses-free 3D display. Other specs include a 5mp camera, 1 Ghz processor, HDMI out and 3D panorama sweep camera option.

The neo V will launch in Q4 2011, no pricing details yet.

Sharp's new phone offers a 4.2" glasses-free 3D display (qHD 540x960 resolution), 8mp/720p 3D camera (dual lens) and Android 2.3.

The SH-12C is available in Japan and will soon be introduced in Europe and the rest of Asia by Orange (it will be rebranded as the SH-80F).

HTC's first 3D phone has a 4.3" qHD (960x540) glasses free 3D LCD display and dual 5mp cameras that can shoot 3D videos and photos. Other features include Android 2.3, a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor, WiMax and 1080p video playback via HDMI (720p for 3D playback).

The EVO 3D is now shipping in the US (for the Sprint network).

The LG Optimus-3D is an Android 3D smartphone that uses LG's own 4.3" 480x800 glasses-free 3D display and a dual-lens back camera. You can stream your 3D movies to your 3D TV (via an HDMI output) and also watch YouTube's 3D movies.

We do not have a release date or pricing info yet.

The LYNX (SH-03C) is a 3D phone for Japan's NTT-DoCoMo network. It has a has a 3.8" multi-touch 3D glasses-free display (Sharp's own Parallax-Barrier display). Other specs include Android v2.1, a 1Ghz processor, 9.6Mp 3D camera and a digital TV tuner.

The LYNX will be released next month in Japan, we do not know the price yet. Here's a nice video showing the LYNX in action:

Sharp's Galapagos 005SH is an Android (v2.2) QWERTY-slider smart phone with a 3.8" multi-touch 3D glass-free display (Sharp's own Parallax-Barrier display). It has a 8mp camera (that can record 720p videos), 1Ghz processor, Wi-Fi and GPS.

The 005SH will be released in Japan in early December 2010.
