Hitachi's new Wooo H001 is a mobile phone with a high-res (854x480) 3.1" auto-stereoscopic screen, which means that it can displays 3D images without glasses. You have to look from a specific position, but that's ok for a cell phone.

The phone also has a 5mp camera and 1Seg TV tuner. It is only available for the Japanese market.

The SCH-W960 is a 3D HSDPA phone for the Korean market. The display is a 3.2" touch AMOLED that can display 3D images. We're not sure what kind of 3D technology is used here. The phone also has DNSe 2.0, DivX and a 3mp camera. It can convert 2D content to 3D, and also view 3D TV channels.

Samsung SCH-W960

It is said to be released in March 2010. Via OLED-Info.

Samsung's SCH-B710 (currently available in Korea only) is a clamshell phone. When you turn the display sideways, it turns into a 3D display. It also includes a TV tuner and a 3D camera.
